Quality Inn Pinetop Lakeside

Showed up for the holiday weekend when it was very busy. Mrs. Karen and Mrs. June were wonderful people. Mrs. Karen was able to get an ease of access room for my disabled father and Mrs. June assisted him while I was handling his broken-down vehicle. Ladies thank you very much.

Great location, and while some other hotels were busy, this place had fewer and was peaceful. Room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Only thing you'd maybe dislike was the brown bag breakfast to go but was good for me.

They are updating the rooms so there is noise on weekdays. But the rooms are nice. We were in a remodeled room. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were clean believe me I checked and very soft. The bathroom is small and a little not as updated. Some of the update work was finished quickly and it shows. The floor is laminate which is nice but it is also harder to walk in and may be an issue down the road with scratching on the floors. The breakfast was not available and when we checked in my husband felt the gal that checked him in was a bit rude about it. The wifi, very very fast for me that's very important! Overall, I'd stay here again you can see the owners are putting a lot of effort into maintaining and improving the overall hotel

Karen made our stay exceptional. Made sure to help us learn of some local venues to check out. She was really pleasant and friendly. The rooms are clean and kept nice. I liked that there was no carpet so there is no built in dirt.

Great little spot! Quiet, clean, no smells. More comfortable beds and bedding than some 4 and 5 star hotels. Staff had premade little to-go bags left out for us that I honestly prefer to the typical powdered eggs/sausage/waffle setup. For about $80/night after fees for a double queen room, this place is a great value.

Hello we want to thank you for a great hotel experience. I especially want to give a big shout out to June. On Saturday 10/4 we came up from Mesa for a beautiful wedding at ivory + grace. Saturday morning my partner went to get into the shower and the shower handle came off. June plays many roles and one is she is the receptionist and maintenance. June was awesome when this happened she could not the correct Allen wrench for the handle. So she asked if we wanted to move and she got us moved to the room next door. Thank you June for helping us we really appreciate you. Also I want to give a shout out to the other receptionist I am sorry I didn’t get her name well I want to thank you for helping us on getting my sister in laws room open early so that they could get ready for the wedding that was very kind of you to do. Overall the experience was great. Thank you

Lovely,clean hotel with large rooms, comfy beds and good sized bathrooms. Breakfast was somewhat limited in food choices, but it was included in price, so no complaints there!

The rooms are super awesome and beautiful. Very new and updated. Fresh and clean. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are very nice and clean. Sparkling. The manager is a gift. She is such a wonderful person. Greeting as though we were family. Love it here for sure.
